REASI, Apr 15: President XI Sunderbani and Amigos Cricket Club (ACC) Panipat today sailed into next round in ongoing Reasi Chenab Premier League (RCPL) being played here.
A total of three matches were played today. The first match was played between President XI Sunderbani and Shauraya Cricket Club (SCC) and the former won the match by 7 wickets.
Batting first, SCC scored a total of 129 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 20 overs. Keshav scored 15 runs, Aniket 55 and Raghu 22. From Sunderbani side, Abhishek took 2 wickets while Orminder, Priyanshu, Ankit Choudhary and Vinay took one wicket each.
Chasing target, Sunderbani won the match by seven wickets in 18 overs. Ankit Choudhary scored 23 runs, Sharad 24, Arvind 41 not out, Priyanshu 17 and Soheil Khan scored 18 not out. From SCC Vineet, Aniket and Lokesh took one wicket each. Aniket Choudhary was adjudged as Man of the Match.
In second match, ACC Panipat beat Himachal Strikers Kangra (HSK) in a low scoring total. Batted first, HSK bundled out on 59 runs in 15 overs. Akhil contributed 19, Nikhil 15 and Gourav 9 runs. From ACC, Ankit bowled claimed 5 wickets while Gourav and Abhinandan took 2 wickets each.
Amigos won the match by 8 wickets in 5 overs. Gourav scored 24 and Rishipal 17 runs. Kangra bowler Akhil took 2 wickets. Ankit was declared as Man of the Match.
In 3rd match, which was played between National Cricket Club (NCC) Reasi and ACC Panipat, NCC won the toss and field first. Amigos scored 203 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs. Sahil Dillo made 95 runs in 41 balls with 8 fours and 7 sixes, Gourav 36 and Shivam Kanojia added 33 runs. From NCC, Dev Karan Singh took 2 wickets while Jaswant and Darshan claimed one wicket each.
In reply, NCC was all out on 95 runs in 19 overs. Dev Karan Singh made 24 runs, Karan Dev Singh 17, Salman Magray 14 and Micky 10. From Amigos, Lakshay took 3 wickets, Vikram 2, Ankit 2 and Gourav 1 wicket.
Amigos won the match by 108 runs. Sahil Dillo was declared as Man of the Match.
