Srinagar, Apr 18 : A bomb hoax call led to the halting of a flight at Srinagar airport this evening.
Inspector General of Police Kashmir, Vijay Kumar, said that this evening, a telephone call was received regarding bomb in a Go First flight.
“Without taking any chances, the flight was halted. Searches were carried and nothing was found. Later flight operations resumed,” he added.
He said that the caller has been traced ton New Delhi. He has Delhi number and has been switched off since then at Shastri Nagar New Delhi. “Further investigations are underway,” the officer added.
