MAHORE, Aug 28: The Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, located at Sarh, under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force (Uniform) organized a quiz competition at the Government Higher Secondary School, under Operation Sadbhavana, here.
The aim of competition was to give exposure of quiz competition to the students and inculcate the habit of reading and learning.
40 students participated in the competition from ten Government Schools of Mahore Teshil.
The quiz competition was based on the topics of Current affairs, General Knowledge, Science and Social Science. There were also some audio visual rounds. The students took part in the competition with enthusiasm to showcase their knowledge.
The Principal of Government Higher Secondary School, Mahore said that such events not only provide a leap towards fostering the bond of friendship between the Army and local populace, but also help in exposure of the students.
