JAMMU, Aug 29: Citizens’ Welfare Forum (CWF), Durga Nagar, held a meeting under the chairmanship of ML Koul, in which residents of Durga Nagar took part.
While speaking, BL Raina, president, highlighted the problems including upgradation of electric transformers, black topping of lanes, construction of left over drains and installation of street lights in Block D.
ML Koul urged the Power Minister to release Rs 3.22 lakh for upgradation of existing 250 KVA transformer to 400 KVA as the estimate has already submitted to Commissioner, PDD.
Among others present were Raj Nath, AK Kothidar, RS Jamwal, Arun Singh, Neeraj Zutshi, Yashpal Singh, Rajinder Koul, etc.
