JAMMU, May 7: Kushaan Baliya, son of Rajni Baliya and Dr J N Baliya, a student of Class X of KV No. 1 Gandhi Nagar Jammu, has been selected to represent J&K (UT) for two weeks prestigious ISRO sponsored Young Scientist Programme (YUVIKA-2022) to be held from 16 to 30 May 2022.
During the programme, Kushaan Baliya will visit Space Applications Centre Ahmedabad, Sriharikota Satellite Launching Centre (AP) and many other Space Science Centres of ISRO.
He has been selected amongst top 150 students across the country on the basis of his consistent participation in the field of Science, Sports and Theatre in addition to recently held ISRO Online Quiz Competition.
