POONCH, May 9: A teenage motorcyclist was killed when his bike was hit by Scorpio vehicle, here today.
The deceased has been identified as Mohd Younis (18), son of Nazir Hussain, resident of Dalera Khaneter.
Officials said that the Scorpio vehicle, bearing registration number JK02CL- 4000 hit the bike JK11B- 4306 at Dalera Khaneter area of Poonch, resulting into critical injuries to the biker. He was initially taken to District Hospital Poonch from where he was referred to GMC Rajouri.
However, he succumbed to his injuries near Jaran Wali Gali while on way towards GMC Rajouri.
