SUNDERBANI, Sept 3: Goutam Sharma of Sunderbani got gold medal in Junior National Kick Boxing Championship held at Kolkatta, recently.
Pankaj Kumar and Amit Kumar bagged silver, while the bronze medals went to Sanjeev Kumar, Rajan Singh, Vishal Verma and Ashwani Kumar (all from Sunderbani).
To felicitate the players, a welcome programme was held in Sai Institute in presence of District president of Kick Boxing Martial Art Association, Sanjeev Verma, chief instructor, Charan Singh Slathia, president of Singh Youth Club Sunderbani and Instructor of martial art, Zorawar Singh.
Young leaders Joginder Paul Gupta and Chander Mohan Lakhanpaul were present on the occasion.
