KATHUA, May 17: Billawar Police today arrested an absconder who was evading his arrest since 2020.
The accused identified as Anzar Hussain son of Reyaz Ahmed of Brariangham (tehsil Shangus, district Anantnag), was wanted in a case FIR number 38/2020 U/S 188/IPC, 11 PCA Act at Police Station Billawar.
On specific information, a police team led by PSI Ravinder Singh Incharge Police Post Ramkot in coordination with Anantnag Police today apprehended the accused from Anantnag. Further investigation into the matter has been initiated.
