JAMMU, Sept 5: The High Court, Srinagar Bench in its judgment has entitled the original trustees to manage the property of the Durga Nag Trust as per Trust Deed of March 23, 2007.
While passing the judgment in a petition filed by Swami Shivaratnanand Sarswati Trust, versus, Murarji Koul and others, the Court issued directives that the affairs of the property of the Trust shall be regulated in accordance with the Trust deed, executed on March 23, 2007.
The petitioners included Swami Shivaratnand Sarswati Trust, Vijay Bakaya, president, Om Parkash Razdhan Nakashi and Prem Lata Bakshi versus Murarji Koul, Makhan Lal Koul, S K Ganjoo, Kuldeep Riana, Satish Raina, Ravi Thusoo and Sandeep Mawa.
R A Jan senior advocate along with Ms Nazima appeared on behalf of petitioners.
