JAMMU, Sept 6: Jammu City and District Badminton Association is organizing 28th Jammu District Badminton Championship from September 9, 2013 to September 12, 2013 at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here.
According to an official handout issued by BS Jamwal, general secretary of the Association, the players interested to take part in the Championship will have to deposit their entry with badminton coaches Satpal Sharma and Vikram Jamwal or organizing secretary Som Raj Gupta.
The entry fee for Under-10 singles is Rs 30, for Under-13 singlesis Rs 40, for Under-13 doubles is Rs 80, for Under-15 singles Rs 60 and Under-15 doubles Rs 100.
Furthermore, for Under-17 and Under-19 singles, the entry fee is Rs 80 and for Under-17 and Under-19 doubles, it is Rs 120 (boys and girls).
For men and women singles, the entry fee is Rs 100 and for the doubles it is Rs 120, while for veterans singles and doubles, the entry fee is Rs 100 and 200 respectively.
The Association has further advised the players of Under-10 and new faces to bring alongwith them date of birth certificates.
The last date for depositing entry fee is September 8, 2013 upto 5pm.
All the participants have been advised to report at the venue at 10 am sharp on September 9, 2013.
