JAMMU, June 6: The International Internship University has conferred Honorary Doctorate on K L Ganju, OCVC (CFR), Consul General (Hy) & Advisor to the Foreign Minister, Union of the Comoros and President Honorary Consular Corps Diplomatique – India.
This Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) has been conferred on him for his excellent role in “Humanity and Social Service through Diplomacy”.
Pertinent to mention that K L Ganju had also received Gusi Peace Prize from Gusi Peace Prize Foundation, Manila, Philippines and became Gusi Peace Laureate. He is the 7th Indian to receive this Peace Prize which includes the noted jurist Late Ram Jethmalani and Prof Achyuta Samanta, founder of KITTS and KISS Universities, Bhubaneswar. The Gusi Peace Prize Citation is signed by the President of Philippines.
Apart from this, he has received several other National and International Awards.
