RCC sails into semifinals in KPL

JAMMU, June 11: RCC sailed into semifinals round of KPL-8 by thrashing Shuhul Knight Riders, being played at KC Sports Complex, here today.
Batting first, RCC scored 220 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs wherein capitan Rajender Pandita made unbeaten 66 runs off 35 balls, while Surinder Kachroo scored 45 runs.
In reply, Shuhul Knight Riders bundled out at 93 runs and lost the match by 127 runs. For RCC, Rakesh Zutshi, Surinder and Rajender took 3, 2 and 1 wickets respectively.
Rajender Pandita was declared as man of the match for his all round performance.
