JAMMU, June 13: Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament, Lok Sabha visited village Surinsar in Nagrota constituency today and inaugurated a new building at Government Higher Secondary School, Surinsar.
While speaking on the occasion Jugal Kishore Sharma said that during the tenure of Narendra Modi Government, development can be seen at every corner and field. He said that on increasing the number of students in the school demand for construction of two additional classrooms, Art & Craft Room, Science Lab & Library at Government Higher Secondary School, Surinsar was raised which has been now fulfilled and today dedicated to School staff and students. He said that this new building is constructed under Samagra Shiksha and costs Rs 52 Lakhs approximately. He said that under the stewardship of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi Government is adopting new education policy which will polish students and build up strong nation. He said that much development can be seen in and around Surinsar. Many tenders under Jal Jeevan Mission for providing water facility to every household is under process, he added.
Suraj Singh, CEO Education Jammu and Sanjay Kumar Principal complimented member of Parliament for visiting school and for inaugurating new building. Principal also informed about the problems faced by the students like water shortage and books etc. Member of Parliament ensured Principal and staff that every effort would be made for the development of the school.
Bodh Raj, Sarpanch, Surinsar, Anil Barsala, Sarpanch Ponthal, Ajay Sharma Mandal, president, BJP, senior BJP leaders Taara Chand, Sham Ji ,Pyare Lal, Bodh Raj Gupta, Munshi Ram, Capt. (retd) Krishan Chand, Sansar Panch, Shashi Khajuria, Ricky Sharma, Varinder Panch, Hans Raj and others were also present at the occasion.
