JAMMU, July 20: Mohammad Yaseen Baqal, Deputy Secretary, Jal Shakti Department has been appointed as Enquiry Officer to conduct the enquiry regarding delay in submission of details of Ajay Kumar Gupta, Incharge Assistant Executive Engineer (under suspension), who was arrested by Police Station Nagrota in the case FIR number 226/2020 under section 302 IPC and is lodged in District Jail Jammu.
According to the order, the Enquiry Officer shall submit the enquiry report along with specific recommendations within 15 days positively from the date of issuance of this order.
