SRINAGAR, Sept 19: J&K Forest defeated Jehlum Sports by two goals to nil (2-0) in the Super Division match of the ongoing J&K State Power Development Corporation Annual League Football Tournament, organized by the Jammu and Kashmir Football Association, DFA Srinagar, here.
Imran scored the first goal in 55th minute for J&K Forest, while Shariq doubled the lead in 65th minute of the game.
Earlier, in A Division match, Young Iqbal defeated Royal Sports by a solitary goal. After a goalless first half, Iqbal of Young Iqbal FC managed a goal in 69th minute to help his side script a much needed win.
