SRINAGAR, Sept 19: Registrar General today issued notification changing the timing of the High Court and Subordinate Courts with effect from October 1, 2013.
The office hours of the High Court, Jammu Wing will be from 10 am to 5 pm from October 1, 2013 to April 2014 while as office hours of High Court, Srinagar Wing will be from 10.30 am to 4 pm from November 1 , 2013 to April 2014.
Consequently the court hours of Jammu Wing will be from 10.30 am to 1 pm & 2 pm to 4.30 pm, while as in Srinagar Wing the court hours will be from 10.30 am to 1 pm & 2 pm to 4 pm.
The office timing of Sub-ordinate Courts of Jammu province from October 1, 2013 to April 2014 will be from 10 am to 4.30 pm with lunch break from 1 pm to 1.30 pm (Except courts located at Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Gandhoh, Batote, Banihal, Gool & Bani) while as office timing of Subordinate Courts of Kashmir province from November 1, 2013 to April 2014 will be from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm with lunch break from 1 pm to 1.30 pm including courts located at Bhaderwah, Kishtwar, Gandhoh (Bhallesa), Batote, Banihal, Gool & Bani respectively.
