JAMMU, Aug 21: Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation (social wing of Sant Nirankari Mission) organised a blood donation camp at its branch in Samba (Zone-1, Jammu).
All the devotees present on the occasion donated blood and a total of 150 units of blood were collected.
The camp was inaugurated by Ajit Singh, Zonal Incharge, Zone-1, Jammu and he encouraged the devotees to donate the blood as it serves human cause.
K.C Bhagat, Sanyojak branch Samba presented vote of thanks.
The camp was organised in collaboration with Blood and Transfusion Department of Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, Indian Red Cross Society and JKACS.
Those present on the occasion were Dr. Naveen Akhtar, Dr. Anuradha Rajwal, from Blood Bank GMC Jammu, B.R Lachotra, former Director General Planning, Sapna, Junior Assistant at Red Cross Society Samba and others.
