JAMMU, Aug 26: Fitness Gym Rehari Colony organised fitness competition on the title ‘Say No To Drugs”.
In the competition, participants from Rajouri, Poonch, Kishtwar and Shopian district took part.
Owner of the Gym Pankaj Dutta said that the competition was organised by Fitness Association so that the youth stays away from drug abuse.
In men category, Rs 21,000 as cash prize and Gold Medal were awarded to Neeraj Sharma for securing first position, Rs 11000 cash prize and Silver Medal to Zorawar Singh for winning second position and Rs 5100 cash prize and Bronze Medal to Arjun Chopra for winning third position.
In women category, Surbhi Gandotra secured first position and was awarded with Rs 5,100 cash prize and Gold Medal, Neha Gupta won second position and was awarded with Rs 3100 cash prize and Silver Medal and Balvinder Kour secured third position and was awarded with Rs 2100 cash prize and Bronze Medal.
The winners are going to participate in the championship at Bangkok in the month of October and the winners will be sponsored by SSP S Dutta (Retd), Chairman of Fitness Association.
