JAMMU, Aug 31: Faculty at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University’s School of Biotechnology, Dr. Narendra K. Bairwa presented a paper in the GSAYGM22 (Genetics Society of America Yeast Genetics Meeting 2022) organized by the Genetic Society of America, at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) California.
The Conference organized sessions on various topics like tools and approaches for understanding the yeast genome, genome integrity, genetic networks of complex traits, disease models and ageing.
Dr. Bairwa’s presentation was on the Genome integrity session of the Conference in which around 6,000 researchers and educators around the world presented their research.
He acknowledged the support provided by SMVDU, DBT, SERB, India and collaborators.
