JAMMU, Sept 21: The permanent employees of PHE/ Jal Shakti Department today decided to defer their proposed strike from October 6, 2022.
A spokesman of the PHE Employees United Front said that today a meeting of the United Front leaders including, Balbader Vaid, Rajesh Jamwal, Mohd Mushtaq, Darshan Kumar, Varun Kumar, K C Dubey and Subash Verma was held with the Chief Engineer PHE, Jammu, wherein the Chief Engineer assured that their demands were under active consideration of the higher authorities in the department and the same will be resolved shortly.
Therefore, on the assurance of the Chief Engineer, the proposed strike/ Kam Chhor Hartal from October 6 Oct 20, 2022 has been deferred.
