JAMMU, Oct 9: Astronomy Club of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University Katra, ‘VYOM’ in association with the Board of Cultural Activities (BCA) organized ‘Khagol Quiz Competition’, in which students of Engineering, Science, Architecture, Management and Arts faculties participated enthusiastically.
Shivansh Dwivedi, Skand Kumar Mishra and Anant Kamal Nayan stood first, second and third in the competition respectively.
VYOM will reward and encourage the winners of top three position holders with attractive prizes and will also present certificates to all the participants.
The chief co-ordinators in organizing the competition were Ayush Aarya, Milind Kumar Shukla, Piyush Bhardwaj and Dheeraj Kumar, Vandana, Sadhvi, Rounit Ranjan Sinha, Praman Pandey, Harshdev Singh and Mridul Chaudhary as assistant co-ordinators.
Shivane Diwan, student co-ordinator of VYOM expressed their gratitude to Vice Chancellor Padma Shri Prof. Ravindra Kumar Sinha and Registrar Nagendra Singh Jamwal (JKAS) along with BCA President Dr Rakesh Kumar and BCA Vice President Dr Kamini Pathania for the successful event and cooperation.
