KULGAM, Oct 12: Open District Kho-Kho Champio-nship concluded successfully at Altaf Memorial GDC Kilam, here today.
Reyaz Ahmad Bhat, DDC Member Devsar-B was the chief guest, while Professor Ashiq Hussain Bhat, Vice Principal was the guest of honour and Tajamul Mohi-ud Din coach Kho-Kho Khelo India Center was the observer from Sports Council.
In the men’s section, Khelo India Centre Kulgam beat English Medium Public School Malipora by 12 points, while in women’s section Khelo India Centre beat Dreamland Kho-Kho Club by 4 points.
Prizes were distributed among the winner and runner-up teams. The said championship was organised by District Kulgam Kho-Kho Association in collaboration with J&K Kho-Kho Association and J&K Sports Council.
