JAMMU, Oct 8: To be organized by Hockey Poonch, under the auspices of Hockey J&K, the District Poonch Women Hockey Championship will be held at Sports Stadium, here from October 10, 2013.
The Championship will be held in sub-junior, junior and senior women categories to help the players hone their skill in congenial atmosphere.
The Championship will be held under the overall supervision of the trio of president Hockey J&K, Narinder Batra, secretary Rumal Singh and treasurer Raj Singh Kuku, while the matches will be conducted under the supervision of Sham Lal Sharma, SAI hockey coach and vice president, Hockey J&K.
