JAMMU, Oct 8: Humanity Public School, Bassi Kalan, Bari Brahmana, organized an Inter-House Competition, under Display Your Talent in the school auditorium, here today.
The students displayed their talent in poster making, wall hanging and pot decorating.
In poster making, the topics for the contest were Drug Abuse, Save the Girl child, Aids and Save Environment.
60 students participated in the event. The event was held under the supervision of Sandeep Zutshi, Rajni Sharma, Kanchan Chalotra and Rekha Bamotra.
The houses which participated in the competition were Agni, Trishool, Prithvi and Akash.
On the occasion Principal of the School, Gaurav Charak threw light on the importance of these events.
In poster making, Nikhil Jaral of 10th class (Akash House) stood first, Vaishali of 9th class (Prithvi House) stood second and Anuradha of 9th class (Agni House) stood third.
In pot designing, all the winners belong to Prithvi House, they were Rumani Sadotra of 7th class who stood first, while Deepshikha and Neha (both of 7th class) bagged second and third position respectively.
In wall hanging, first position was secured by Muskan Charak of 5th –A (Prithvi House), second position was bagged by Itika Atri of 7th (Agni House) and third position was shared by Ramu of 4th (Prithivi House) and Rambabu of 5th–A (Agni House).
