KISHTWAR, Oct 17: The Inter-district Provincial level Kabaddi tournament, organised by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, concluded at Gulabgarh Paddar, here today.
The tournament was organised under the direction of Director Youth Services & Sports J&K, Subash Chander Chhibber and under the overall supervision of Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar, Dr Devansh Yadav. The whole tournament was coordinated by DYSSO, KL Sharma.
About 120 boys drawn across from 10 districts of Jammu province took part with great enthusiasm and zeal.
While complementing the efforts of staff, the DYSSO said that throughout the tournament all the officials performed their duties with full dedication.
In 1st semi-final, Poonch beat Ramban by 27 points, while in 2nd semi-finals, Jammu defeated Kathua by 14 points and in the finals, Poonch trounced Jammu by 1 point and lifted the title trophy.
