Son of soil Siddharth makes debut in Tamil film industry

JAMMU, Oct 19: Son of the soil Siddharth Gupta has made his debut in Tamil film industry.
In a press conference here today Siddharth-a local boy of Jammu city informed that he is playing lead role in upcoming Tamil movie ‘Ravaali’ directed by Ravi Rahul.
He further said that he has done his initial schooling from Jodhamal Public School Jammu and he is a resident of Channi Himmat.
“I moved to Hyderabad in 2018 and did my schooling from 10th to 12th there in Meridian School and I started venture in south Indian film industry year back and grabbed lead role in Tamil movie ‘Ravaali’ directed by talented Ravi Rahul,” he informed.
Gupta further said that in the movie story a rich girl falls in love with a poor boy after which there starts opposition at her home and she is dragged out of the State and gets married in a temple.
The lover who goes out to work with the hand tied to the Thali disappears and rest of the story is about looking for him.
Ravi Rahul has written the story, screenplay and has directed the film.
The cinematography has been handled by Vinod Kumar, Jai Anand and A.S Michael Yagappan have composed the music for the film, Valar Pandian has done editing, Iiaiya Kamban and K Karthik have penned the lyrics and Chandrika has choreographed the dance and Hari Murugan has choreographed the fight sequences.
‘Ravaali’ has been shot in Courtallam, Hyderabad and Kolkata and the final stages of the works are going on, says director Ravi Rahul.
