ADKUF for formation of Apex Committee

AMMU, Nov 21: All Displaced Kashmiri United Forum (ADKUF) while expressing concern over spreading of Dengue cases in Durganagar and demanded immediate anti mosquito fogging in the area.
The Forum led by its president PL Sudeshi took up the issue with corporator Ward 64, Kapil Chib also. They also expressed concern about stray dogs menace and stray animals spreading filth over lanes. Chib assured that the issue will be taken up with the higher authorities of JMC.
The Forum later in a meeting led by its president, P L Sudeshi said drinking water supply is made only twice a week in Durganagar which continues to be a burning issue and needs quick attention and effective action by the concerned authorities.
Participants in the meeting appealed the intellectuals and thinkers among the community to come forward and lead it from despair to hope and said the community should not rely on and wait for anybody else come and solve its problems. “Our community has enough talent and capability in finding solution to all our problems the process can be time consuming but not a futile exercise,. For achieving our aspirations we need to unite and all our representative bodies must come under one roof keeping all differences aside. We must hold corner meetings and remain connected over social media,. Formation of a single Apex Committee is need of the hour so that a charter of prime demands is framed and conveyed to MPs political parties and the Government”, it added.
Forum appealed LG for issuing an Ordinance passing ‘Kashmir Temples and Shrines Bill’ one of our main demands pending for decades.
Forum appealed the Government to act effectively against terrorists their supporters and sympathizers remove all illegal encroachers of Pandits property identify killers of innocents and bring them to justice take effective measures to stop fresh migration instead of issuing false claims of normalcy.
