JAMMU, Oct 20: To participate in the 18th North Zone Men and Women Handball Championship to be held at Delhi from October 21 to October 23, 2013, the J&K State handball teams left for the venue, here today.
The men’s and women’s teams of 16-members each along with the officials of Jammu and Kashmir Handball Association left for the prestigious Tournament after the selected teams underwent a 15-days coaching camp at Parade Ground and Dogra Ground, Gandhi Nagar under the guidance of experts in the game.
The teams are being accompanied by AK Raina, while Sports Authority of India coach Dev Raj and women coach of J&K State Sports council, Vinay Sharma as coaches.
