JAMMU, Dec 9: The PM package employees protesting in front of Relief Organisation here for last 212 days today said that there will not be any compromise on their one point demand of relocation to Jammu as the security scenario in Valley is not conducive as yet.
The protestors raising slogans in support of their one point demand of relocation said that they will not budge an inch from the demand and accused the Government of closing the doors for talks with them.
The protesting employees said though they are on dharna at Jammu for over 200 days now but no one from administration came to hold talks with them to find a solution to their demand. They alleged that the security scenario is not conducive for them to work in valley and they want their relocation outside the Kashmir.
They also demanded that Government should frame a transfer policy for the reserved category employees who are working in Kashmir for last 15 years and like other minority community employees they too face the threat to their lives.
The protesters said that the Government is not accepting the fact about the ground situation in Kashmir but how long truth will be denied.
