JAMMU, Dec 14: Department of Human Resource Management, School of Business Studies of Central University of Jammu organised a business fest- ‘Anubhuti-The Vibe’, a student driven event, here today.
The event was organised under the overall supervision of Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof Sanjeev Jain who has created an enthusiastic environment at the University wherein all the students actively participated in various activities.
A number of renowned personalities graced the event with their presence and enlightened the gathering with their enthusiastic words. The dignitaries included Sanjeev Garg, Director, Airport Authority of India, Raj Koul, Head, Operational Excellence, Digital Procurement Centre’s-APAC Ericsson, Khurshid Maqbool, Deputy Director, CII J&K, Yaseen Kitchloo, SSP JKP, Gaurav Gupta, General Secretary, CCI Jammu, Raman Sharma, BDO RDD and PR J&K, Aman Talla, Managing Director, Talla Jewellers, Arnab and Sanchaita Pradhan, Entrepreneur, Founder Shilpkari, Bazaar, Tanvir Singh Gujral, CEO TVS Filter Industries, Dheeraj Gupta, CEO, Nivesh and Arti Mahajan Dingra, Lifestyle Influencer, etc.
The fest started with the release of the ticket ‘Anubhuti-The Vibe’. The fest was sponsored by Talla Jewellers and 92.7 Big FM. The event also included a poster exhibition on ‘Harvard Business Review Cases’.
The fest covered a number of activities in which nearly 75 students from different Universities / Colleges participated with great zeal and enthusiasm.
The activities included Startupedia (Business Idea Plan presentation), AD-MAD (Product, Logo, Tagline,) Bear & Bull (Stock Market Analysis Game), Prashnottaree: The Quest (Business / Current Affairs), Entrepreneurial Session.
The winners of the activities were awarded with cash prizes.
The valedictory function was organized by Dr Neelika Arora and Dr. Gowhar Rasool, Assistant Professors, Department of Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour, while the event was held under the overall supervision of Prof. Jaya Bhasin, Dean, School of Business Studies.
