DODA, Dec 23: Three persons were injured today when a load carrier in which they were travelling overturned near Dhansal.
According to the reports, a speeding load carrier (bearing registration number JK06A-9755) which was on its way from Jathi to Dhansal, when reached near Dhansal turned turtle as the driver lost control over the vehicle while negotiating a sharp curve.
On getting information regarding the mishap, a team of Police Station Assar reached the spot and evacuated the three people including driver of the vehicle from the ill fated vehicle. All of them sustained injuries, one of them critical.
The injured persons identified as Sahil Ahmed (17) son of Farooq Ahmed, Sajjad Ahmed (28) son of Abdullah sheikh and Abu Bakar son of Nisar Ahmed (all residents of Dhansal) were rushed to Primary Health Centre Assar and after providing initial treatment they were referred to Government Medical College Doda.
Later, critically injured Sahil Ahmed was referred to Government Medical College Jammu for further treatment.
