JAMMU, Oct 26: Ace Taekwondo player, Atul Pangotra, recepient of Sher-e-Kashmir Award for Outstanding Sportspersons, has left the Country to participate in 8th World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship 2013 to be held at Bali in Indonesia.
Atul is part of 7-member Indian team to participate in the 6 days long Championship to be held from October 30, 2013 to November 4, 2013. On 24th Oct Atul Pangotra from J&K left for Bangkok, Thailand for pre participation training with Thailand National team under Korean Master Hyungnam Kwon and Master Suttisri, chief coach Thailand.
He is participating 6th time in the row of World Taewkodno championship i.e. 4th WTF World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship at Cairo, Egypt and 5th WTF World Taekwondo Poomsae Championship at Tashkent, Russia and 6th WTF World Taekwondo Championship at Vladivostok, Russia.
