Baba Kailakh team emerges winner in Sewa Basti Kabaddi Tournament

JAMMU, Jan 27: In a close fight in the finals, Baba Kailakh team defeated Maharaja Hari Singh Team and emerged winner in Sewa Basti Kabaddi Tournament organized by Dharam Jagran Samanvay Vibhag at Baba Kailakh Temple located at Thathar (Bantalab), Jammu.
The Tournament was organized in collaboration with Madhav Seva Trust, between the teams of Sewa Basti of Raghunath Bhag of Jammu Mahanagar. RSS Prant Karyah Dr Vikrant Sharma was the chief guest while Pandit Purshotam Sharma, VHP general secretary Shakti Dutt Sharma, Vinod Aggarwal and Ram Pal Sharma were guests of honour.
A total of 16 teams of Raghunath Bhag of Jammu Mahanagar participated in the Tournament. The Tournament was divided in two groups– senior and junior category. The matches were played under the guidance and supervision of national players and coach.
After many rounds of matches, final match was played between Baba Kailakh Team and Maharaja Hari Singh Team. Baba Kailakh team clinched the tournament by defeating Maharaja Hari Singh team in tough match while Maharana Partap team remained on third place.
Sant Kabir team, Baba Jitto team, Baba Kalibeer team and Bhagat Singh team also performed well in the tournament.
