DODA, Feb 21: Police here today arrested a narcotic smuggler and recovered heroin from his possession.
Cops from Police Post Bhalra (Bhadarwah) while on routine checking duty intercepted one Vishal Kotwal son of Daleep Kotwal resident of Chinta Bhadarwah moving under suspicious condition.
During his search cops found heroin like substance and he was arrested.
In this connection, a case with FIR number 25/2023 under relevant sections has been registered at Police Station Bhadarwah and investigation started.
