RAJOURI, Nov 13: The Himalayan Education Mission School Rajouri clinched first and second position amongst 68 models presented by various Government and Private Institutions of the District in the 38th District Level Jawaharlal Nehru District Science, Mathematical and Environmental Exhibition (JNNSMEE-2013) organized by DIET Rajouri.
In Higher Secondary category the working model namely “Hydroponics” presented by Heena Choudhary and Aabir Bhat student of 11th Class of Himalayan School stood first while in Elementary category the working model based on “Wind Energy Generator”, presented by Nimrah Firdous and Utkar Sharma of Himalayan School Rajouri Bagged second prize.
Both these models have been selected for State Level Competition to be held in Jammu.
One model of the same school Eco-friendly car presented by Noreen Sikander, Umar and Saba Anas bagged consolation prize.
