SRINAGAR, Mar 15: Sub-Divisional Magistrate Gulmarg today placed under suspension AE (STD) Kashmir Power Distribution Corporation Limited (KPDCL) for allegedly using abusive language and manhandling DDC Tangmarg.
“Pending enquiry into the professional misconduct of official, Gulzar Ahmad Sheikh, AE (STD) KPDCL Tangmarg is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect and shall remain attached with the office of AEE (maintenance) KPDCL Special SD Tangmarg till further orders,” read an order issued by SDM Gulmarg.
Further, the SDM Gulmarg has appointed Tehsildar Tangmarg as enquiry officer to probe into the allegations of the DDC Tangmarg and send a detailed factual report regarding the overall conduct of the official within seven days.
