DODA, Mar 17: Police organized Police Martyrs Memorial Volleyball Tournament at Govt. Boys High School Thathri under Civic Action Programme (CAP), here today.
The event was presided over by Kameshwar Puri Addl. SP Bhaderwah which was witnessed by the large number of people from the adjoining villages.
The Addl. SP urged upon the youth to take part in games, focus on their studies and prevent themselves from bad habits.
It is pertinent to mention here that Police has been organizing a number of sports events in the loving memory of Police Martyrs who have made sacrifices for the integrity and sovereignty of the nation.
The final match was played between Seven Brothers Bhelessa and New Star Thathri which was won by Seven Brothers Bhalessa.
Vaseem Mehmood, SDPO Bhaderwah, Inspector Amrit Katoch, SHO PS Thathri and other officers were present during the event.
