JAMMU, Mar 17: Sprawling Buds ICSE School, Bantalab donated sport climbing equipment of Rs 50,000 to Tawi Trekkers J&K, here today.
All the equipments which included climbing ropes, harnesses, quick draws, carabiners, maillon rapids etc. conform to international standards.
In a short and simple function held in the School campus, the equipment was presented by Arti Sharma, Chairperson of the School to Shawetica Khajuria, general secretary Tawi Trekkers in the presence of Sumit Khajuria, vice president of Mountaineering Association of J&K.
Meanwhile, Zorawar Singh Jamwal, co-chairman, Ram Khajuria president and Mridhu Padha, vice president of Tawi Trekkers J&K have expressed their gratitude towards the management of Sprawling Buds ICSE School for its liberal support to Tawi Trekkers J&K.
