JAMMU, Mar 27: Ju-Jitsu Association of J&K conducted the screening test for National Ju-Jitsu Championships in cadets , sub-junior , junior and senior (boys and girls) age categories, here today.
The National championship is scheduled to be held at Dewas in Madhya Pradesh from March 27 to 31.
125 players (boys & girls) selected from various districts of the Union Territory on the basis of their performance as well as five coaches, one manager and two national referees were selected for the championship.
The screening was conducted by the screening committee at MA Stadium Jammu under the supervision of Ashok Singh, Divisional Sports Officer. He also conveyed his good wishes for the players of J&K Ju-Jitsu team in presence of Tarsem Sharma – general secretary, Ju-Jitsu Association of J&K.
