JAMMU, Nov 18: Nav Vidya Dhalote and Kendriya Vidhyala Samba won boys and girls kabaddi titles in 3rd District Samba Junior Kabaddi Championship, organized by Samba District Kabaddi Association in collaboration with J&K Amateur Kabaddi Association and Sports Development Society Samba.
23 teams of different schools/clubs have participated in the Championship.
Satwant Kour, National Conference leader was the chief guest on the concluding function, while Surya Prakash Verma was the guest of honour, who distributed the trophies, medals and cash prizes among the winners.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Jung Bahadur Singh, Krishan Singh, Vinod Sharma, Anil Singh, Narinder Singh and Ankush Gupta.
Earlier, in the boys final, Nav Vidya Dhalote defeated Shishu Nekatan by 9 points, while in girls title clash, KV Samba got better of Nav Vidya Dhalote Samba by 6 points.
