Four gamblers arrested

JAMMU, Nov 24: Pacca Danga Police arrested four gamblers and recovered Rs 5630 as gambling amount from their possession.
The Police has registered a case under Section 13 of Gambling Act against them.
According to police a team of Parade Police Post led by In charge PP Sub Inspector Sumit Sharma raided the hide out of the gamblers in the area and caught four gamblers red handed. They have been identified as Vivek Sharma, son of late Sudesh Chander Sharma, R/o Rehari Chungi, Rajinder Kumar S/o Pritam Lal of Raipur Bantalab, Rakesh Saroop S/o Kewal Krishan Saroop of Roop Nagar and Vishwa Nath S/o Faqir Chand of Talab Tillo. Mr Sharma was assisted by Constable Tilak Sharma and Constable Suresh Sharma.
The raid was conducted under the overall supervision of SHO Pacca Danga Mahesh Sharma and SDPO, Kuldeep Handa.
They will be produced before court tomorrow.
