JAMMU, Nov 27: Series of sporting and allied events were held during Inter-Zonal School Conclave at Uri in North Kashmir today.
The ongoing initiative of the Kalapahar Bde has explored talent at the grass-root level. The students and teachers flocked together to motivate children.
The events held today included cricket, volleyball, tug of war, besides painting and best techer selection event.
The best teacher selection competition is a new concept which encourages the teachers to perform better.
The event will conclude tomorrow and the school which wins the overall championship will be gifted with a coveted trophy.
