JAMMU, May 9: Jammu based reserved category employees as well as Kashmiri Pandit employees deserve to be posted at safer locations in Kashmir. Besides, provisions for their safer accommodations also need to be made.
A deputation of employees had called on the BJP office here today during grievance redressal proceedings. Ranbir Singh Pathania, former MLA and J&K BJP spokesperson, was all praise for the UT dispensation for giving land rights for WPRs. This speaks of conviction and commitment of the Government, which is committed towards welfare and well-being of the people, especially flagging issues, which have been left un redressed since decades and decades.
Anuradha Charak, vice president, focused on new techniques and best practices as to how we could redress the public issues in a more efficacious way.
Amongst other general issues pertaining to land encroachments, compassionate appointments, verifications, ex-gratia to accident victims, relief to cross-firing victims, proper convening of Gram Sabhas in Pulwama, drinking water, building permissions, staff shortage, proper voltage electricity, were projected by a number of deputations who called on in the BJP office with references and telephone calls to concerned officials.
Vikas Choudhary, secretary BJP remained present and piloted the proceedings.
