JAMMU, Dec 1: Central Hockey team of J&K Armed Police will face New Gurdaspur Hockey Club in the summit clash of the ongoing Sant Gurbaksh Singh (Danna)
Memorial Hockey Tournament, organized by Hockey J&K at KK Hakku Stadium, here.
Earlier, in the first semifinal, Central Hockey team defeated Power Hose Hockey Club Poonch by four goals to nil (4-0) in a one-sided contest, while in another semifinal Gurdaspur Hockey Club defeated Nanak Nagar Club by six goals to four (6-4) in a well fought match
The matches were officiated by Jagjeet Singh, JS Reen, Charanjit, Iqbal Singh, Joginder Singh, Indpal Singh, GS Bakshi and MS Reen.
The guest of honour in today’s proceedings was Amrik Singh Reen.
The final will be played on December 3, 2013 at the same venue.
