Jammu, Dec 4: After receiving the honorary Lieutenant Colonel rank in the Territorial Army, Malayalam’s pride and silverscreen hero, Padmashree Mohan Lal has inspired a lot of youngsters in Kerala to join into Indian Army . Now in continuation with the same efforts, he has visited Jammu & Kashmir border lines to motivate and inspire the Territorial Army troops there for the last three days.
This is Mohan Lal’s first official visit to the border as Lieutenant Colonel. The Commanding Officer, Colonel BS Bali of the TA Battalion based at Nariyan in Rajouri accompanied Lt Col (Hony) for two days long visit in the frontiers.
Mohan Lal also visited the battalion’s camp at Nariya, in Rajouri district near the India – Pak border. He interacted with TA troops in camp. Mohan Lal said as and when he would find the opportunity he will come to visit forward areas in Jammu & Kashmir to motivate the brave troops who are guarding the frontiers with full dedication.
