Tawi Trekkers organizing trekking ventures during winter vacations

JAMMU, Dec 6: Tawi Trekkers J&K has planned two trekking ventures for school students during winter vacations.
As per the statement issued by Ram Khajuria, general secretary, one programme will be conducted in Trikuta Hills near Panthal the other programme will be conducted in Dharamshalla area of Himachal Pradesh.
During 4 days Dharamshalla trek scheduled to start from December 25, the trekkers would visit McLeodganj, the seat of Dalai Lama, Bhagshunath, Tapovan, Chamunda, Dharamshalla, Nagini besides a visit to the Jawalaji temple, he added.
He further informed that three day long Trikuta Trekking programme is an adventure camp in which all the activities will be conducted at one camp only.  It will commence from December 24.
