JAMMU, June 7: The Law School defeated English Department by eight wickets in an ongoing Jammu University Inter-Departmental Tournament here today.
In another two cricket matches of the day, Botany Department defeated Sanskrit Department by 6 wickets and Geography Department defeated Electronics Department by 89 runs.
The tournament initially being played in the discipline of Cricket. The matches were conducted under the supervision of Dr Daud Iqbal Baba Chairman, Campus Sports Committee University of Jammu. The matches were officiated by Raj Kumar Bakshi, Thair Mahmood, Vijay Kumar, Sachin Singh and Saleem-ur Rahman.
