JAMMU, Dec 7: Intra School Shito-Ryu Karate- Do J&K Karate Championship was held at Satya Public School Channi Himmat, Jammu under the supervision of Technical Director of Shihan Manoj Mehra and guide Umesh Rekhi for different age groups.
The competition took place in the main hall and the favourites were appreciated with clapping by the respective classes. In the end the officiated panel including Amit Kumar, Ashwini, Rohit Thakyal and Mandeep Singh announced the winners.
A welcome programme was organized by the Management to honour our chief guest Indira Bhalia with a garland handed by Ratan Ji and the Principal Neeru Gupta .
The other dignitaries on the occasion were Surinder Gupta the honourable Chairman of Satya Pubic School along with other functionaries.
In the end consolation certificates and medals were presented by the respected guest Mrs. Raman Bhalia to the winners of the championship. The winners include 1st:- Abida, Faizan, Mehak, Arayan, Muskan, 2nd:- Apeksha, Ganin, Nikint, Shruti, Usman, Kushboo, Aditiya & Huma, Shikha, Owais, Jaitosh, Prcerna, Kushi, Amanant, Abdul, Ayush, Nitika, Uzma, Tariq.
In the concluding speech Neeru Gupta and Surinder Gupta congratulated all the winners for their splendid performance and thanked to instructor Umesh Rekhi for his efforts and guidance in making the event; successful.
