DODA, June 25: Bhaderkashi Chess Association District Doda (BCADD) conducted Chess trials in Senior, Junior and Sub Junior categories, here today.
There were around 50 players who participated in the trials. Chairman District Development Council, Doda Dhananter Singh Kotwal was the chief guest and Prof. Arjun Kotwal was guest of honour during the occasion. The medals, trophies and merit certificates were distributed by Prof Arjun Kotwal among the players.
All the matches were conducted under the Swiss system and Arushi Kotwal, Senior National Arbiter was Chief Arbiter of the event. Final ranking in (Senior Open Category) Samridhi, Akhil and Prince, while in senior women category were Sanskriti, Ananya and Simriti. In Junior open category, Manik, Manas and Nikhil. In junior girls category Ananya, Aradhya and Ritika. In sub junior open category, Ayush, Maneet, Mohit. In sub junior girls category, Yashika, Janu and Kritika.
