JAMMU, Dec 14: The final match of 3rd Police Martyrs Cricket Tournament was played between Atholi Tigers and J&K Police at Chhattergar Stadium Gulabgarh.
The match was won by Atholi Tigers by a narrow margin of 12 runs. After completion of the final match, prizes were distributed among the teams and players.
Tehsildar Padder was the chief guest, while SDPO Atholi and SHO P/S Atholi were also present in the prize distribution ceremony. Cash prizes of Rs 2000 alongwith trophy was given to the winners, while Rs 1000 alongwith trophy was presented to the runners-up team. Rs 500 and trophy each was awarded to the best bowler, best batsman, the man of the match and man of the series.
Trophies were also given to the best umpire, best commentator and best scorer.
Mementos were presented to the chief guest and the guest of honour, Kunj Lal Ji, father of martyr Ct Rishi Kumar.
